South Korean telco KTF has unveiled one of the world's most compact slider phones, so small it's shorter than a lipstick dispenser and perfectly sized for any purse, the company's handset design subsidiary claimed.
The EV-K130 - it's less formally known as the Ever Mini Style - weighs a mere 73.5g and measures 8.2 x 3.7 x 1.7cm. Inside the handset's diminutive frame, KTF has managed to squeeze a 1.3in, 128 x 160, 262,144-colour display; 1.3 megapixel camera; 165MB of memory; a 128-voice polyphonic ringtone engine; a MP3 player with 3D sound support and a 330,000 word Korean-English dictionary.

The CDMA handset can connect to a PC via USB and will even operate as a Flash disk.
The EV-K130 is due to go on sale in Korea next week for around KRW370,000 ($390/£215), KTF said. It will be available in two colours: black and white. ®
